Emulsifier with high degree of vegetal ingredients, based on the Double Gel Network technology, that provides structuring of lipid and aqueous phases. It enables the reduction of ingredients and versatility in creation of viscous textures in addition to ensur ing a light, aqueous and velvety sensory. Can be used to adjust sensor y or modify viscosity in cold or hot processes. Supports up to 12% of oil load.
