Ecocert e cosmos
Chemyunion offers in its portfolio ECOCERT and COSMOS validated products, which provide maximum traceability of the ingredients used and ensure processes that reduce or eliminate the use or generation of substances potentially harmful to human health and the environment.
Organic Certification
Some of the products in our portfolio come from certified organic farming and reconcile economic progress, social responsibility, and the maintenance of the planet's natural balance.
SMETA Certification
SMETA is one of the most widely used ethical audits globally, designed to promote the sharing of information on business ethics. Its certification consists of four key pillars that assess socio-environmental management: Labor Standards, Health and Safety, Environment, and Business Ethics.
I-REC Certification
Our commitment to the use of renewable energy is confirmed through the I-REC Brazil certification. We are pioneers in Brazil in proving the use of renewable energy sources in 100% of our operations, reinforcing our commitment and responsibility to the environment.
ISO 14001
We hold the ISO 14001:2015 certification, which represents a significant achievement in our commitment to reducing environmental impacts. This complements our other certifications within the Chemyunion Integrated Management System and Good Manufacturing Practices.

Environmental Management System
Eco-efficiency is part of our management strategy, combining economic and ecological efficiency to produce more with fewer resources, generating less waste and minimizing environmental impact.
Our Environmental Management System guides the expansion of Chemyunion's business, preventing and minimizing social and environmental impacts. We promote sustainability at all levels, with indicators and initiatives focused on eco-efficiency.
Organic Cultivation
We have obtained the Ecocert organic farming certification for various plant species used in our products, such as Bidens pilosa, Thymus vulgaris, and Physalis angulata.
This initiative promotes respect for the culture of rural communities and economic and ecological sustainability. We are continuously seeking improvements to maximize social benefits and protect the environment.
Zero Landfill Project
Through an innovative process, we convert solid waste into thermal energy, reintegrating it into the industry. This allows us to reuse material that would otherwise be sent to landfills, achieving an energy recovery rate of 56%.
Eco Trail
The Ecotrail is designed sustainably, without removing any trees, and features the main plants used in our products, stimulating the human senses. With permeable flooring, it contributes to the natural water cycle, reducing rain-related issues, and offers benefits such as safety, durability, and landscaping.
Botanical Garden
An infrastructure that provides the cultivation of native seedlings used to densify areas still in recovery or donated to the surrounding community. Additionally, it enables the production of plant species of interest for new product developments.
Ornamental Lake
The Ecotrail uses rainwater harvesting and permeable flooring, bringing the community closer to native species from the Sorocaba biome. With two large decks, it enhances focus, improves activity efficiency, and promotes community well-being, fostering a healthier life in contact with nature.
