I-REC Seal: Recognition for the Use of Renewable Energy

Chemyunion stands out once again by earning the I-REC Brazil Seal, a sustainability certification granted by The International I-REC Standard Foundation, which recognizes the exclusive use of renewable energy in 100% of the company’s operations.

Reinforcing a Commitment

With this achievement, Chemyunion becomes the fifth company in Brazil to receive the seal, reinforcing its commitment to sustainability principles and alignment with the United Nations (UN) Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), meeting at least five of the 17 established goals.

The certificate was presented by Celina Tuckumantel, Relationship Director at Instituto Totum, alongside Juliana Aguiar, representative of América Energia. This milestone marks another significant step for Chemyunion towards strengthening sustainable and innovative practices in the industry.

This accomplishment not only proves the responsible use of clean energy, but also highlights Chemyunion’s pioneering role in the cosmetic and chemical sectors, driving positive environmental impact.
