Emulsifier based on the Double Gel Network technology that provides structuring of lipid and aqueous phases. Enables the reduction of ingredients and suppor ts up to 30% of oil load. Stabilizes sunscreens. Provides versatility in creating viscous textures in addition to ensuring rich velvety sensory. Can be used as the primary or secondary emulsifier or to modify viscosity in cold or hot processes. Does not contain mineral oil.

From 0.5% to 7.0% (w/w)
